This one reminds me of a spy camera
1900's accordian style
These are a few of the cameras I have picked up during our travels. They remind me of simpler times. I often wonder who had them, where they have been and what memories they've captured..

" this one reminds me of a spy camera"...me too,, for some reason the picture hasn't loaded so it's an invisible camera teehee!
The dog pic and caption is funny.
Gees I wonder who spoils the dog?
These cameras are very cool looking.
Nice pictorial collection of oldies.
The chick is HOT!
TC
pauline- wow, it must be majic!
cat- my daughter spoils him..that's her baby.
this is a few of my camera's i have collected along the way.
and that is greta garbo. she had it all :)
first off, that picture your son took is stunning. Aa I just commented on my blog he is following in your footsteps by taking great photos.
These are actually YOUR cameras?
wow!
Garbo? no wonder Gable fell head over heels for her.
Thanks for the info.
tc
cat- well they take alot of pictures for myspace..guess it's practice and yep their mine..all mine!!
Those cameras are very cool.
Do you have a big collection of old cameras?
I can imagine people dressed in their Sunday best posing patiently while their photograph was taken.
Those old cameras immediately make me think of faeries being captured on film too.
Thanks!
beautiful cameras!! it appears that your collection has grown since the last time we met. that is one helluva set. marvelous!!
they do conjure up images of a bygone era, huh? simpler times, history in the making, elicit photos, the folks they might have captured in their lens. sorry i dron on and i just reiderated everything you said...can't help it sometimes...mind wanders...fingers still type...great work!!
The dog looks like he was almost gagging on that ball. Wow.
The camera collection is sweet. If you thought about each picture, you could get a book of poetry--in theory. I love writing to a good picture. Or a bad one. Then I have an excuse if the poem or prose sucks.
wow i lik the first pic dear..how are you..so long..wt r u doing .bye.take care.love yeah..
jay- yeah, i have a fair amount. there is always more to find though.
al- i know! me too..
pookie- you nut :)
eric- that is true if i were creative enough
pankaj- thank u. i am fine. thanks for coming by
I hope you and your family have a great weekend.
And KIDS don't drive your mom NUTS!
lol
tc
cat- you have a great one too! and you obviously know my children :o
The best thing about those old cameras is that they take beautiful pictures. The larger the negative, the sharper the picture ... of course now-a-days with digital cameras, some of the art has been taken out of photography ... it is getting harder and harder to take a bad pic.
Cool cameras. Do they still work?
Love the daily photo
It reminds me of the stories my ex told of living with her old ex. She would always anthropomorph herself as a caged bird, pulling at every bar, trying to escape. She was a sad lady. Oddly, I miss that saddness.
Your's looks happy, though. My sis has lots of birds, and you can tell by the look in their feathered face how well they are living.
Love the cameras!
Very cool! :)
paul- that is true.. but thanks to digital photography my children aren't headless in all the shots
corky- i don't know? I doubt it..
queen- thanks you.. that is elmo. he is the best!
eric- that is very sad :(
yeah, elmo is pretty happy. at least he sounds happy at 420 db.
pissy- thanks lovely lady!
I had no idea you collected these.
There's room for another collector in the family?
